Emmanuel kwesi Baba

Emmanuel Kwesi Baba is the Chief Executive Officer of MulPhit Solutions Limited (Information Technology Service Provider offering cutting-edge IT-based business solutions that meet the present and future needs of businesses using appropriate technologies).  He doubles as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Agyenkwa Clinic (a Private Health Facility in the Kintampo South District).

Prior to the establishment of MulPhit Solutions 2008, Emmanuel worked at the National Health Insurance Scheme as the MIS Manager. He also worked on the ObaapaVita Trial project (Data Management Unit) of the Kintampo Health Research Centre under the Health Research Unit, Ministry of Health.

Emmanuel is a Programmer, a Systems Analyst and a Database Administrator by profession. He is currently a renowned I.T Consultant for most of the Banks in Ghana.

The young Entrepreneur, with extensive experience in Project and Change Management, played a key role in the Rural and Community Banks Computerization Project in 2011. In 2008/2009, He was also the Consultant responsible for Data Migration for several District Schemes in Brong Ahafo, Northern, Upper East and Upper West Regions during the migration of the District-Based Schemes data to form the National Database for NHIS.  He has also served as Systems Consultant for the Small Town Water Supply Systems of the Water and Sanitation Development Board.

In the area of Software Development, he has developed, delivered and implemented several applications to his credit. Some of these are;  A Membership, Premium and Claims Management System (MyScheme),  Automated Health Records Management System (AHRMS), A core banking System (bankBUKS), A Door-Door Mobile Banking application (kobokobo), Electronic Share Registry Management System (eSR Global, A Payroll and Human Resource Management System (MoonDie) etc.

Emmanuel always aspires in making the world better than he met it using affordable technology.

Mr. Baba has been an active member of the Association of Computer Professionals, London – UK since 2007. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management Information Systems from GIMPA, Advance Diploma in Computer Science, Diploma in Information Systems Analysis and Design and a Diploma in Computer Programming. He also holds a Certificate in Web Application Development.

He was appointed as a Director of Suma Rural Bank in November 2015.


Sasah K. Wiredu

Wiredu is a retired educationist.  He retired as a Headmaster of Nafana Presby Senior High School at Sampa in May, 2014.  He has also played leading roles in many communities developing programmes, including the opening of Suma Rural Bank at Sampa.

He holds the B. Ed. Certificate in Mathematics, from the University of Education Winneba.


Martin K. Obeng


M. Adjei-Amponsah

Noble Mr. Martin Adjei-Amponsah was born on 27th November, 1967 at Dormaa Ahenkro in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana. He had his secondary school education at Dormaa Secondary School where he obtained GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate in 1989. He then proceeded to Takoradi Polytechnic and pursued Ghana Commercial Examinations (Advance) formerly, R.S.A III. After that, he took appointment with the Ghana Education Service (GES) as accounts officer. Whilst working with GES, he gained a study leave to pursue HND Accountancy course at the Kumasi Polytechnic and completed the programme in 1999. On completion of the HND programme, he was promoted to the grade of Accountant by the GES.

The noble served the GES for 8 years before he resigned and joined the rural banking industry in Ghana. He first worked with Kaaseman Rural Bank Limited as Branch Manager for a period of seven years before he took up a higher responsible position as a General Manager of Suma Rural Bank Limited to date.

The Bank has seen a tremendous growth and development in its activities under the stewardship of the noble as a General Manager. The Bank under the supervision and leadership of Noble Mr. Adjei-Amponsah won Ghana Club 100 on two conservative occasions in 2012 and 2014 when the awards were held. This award was instituted by the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC).

Noble Mr. Martin Adjei-Amponsa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana and a Commonwealth Executive Masters in Business Administration (CEMBA) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana.

Noble Mr. Adjei-Amponsah is married with two children. The noble is an accomplished financial manager, committed Christian, technocrat, socialist who has passion for and aims at setting excellence benchmark for whatever task that he finds to perform. He is ready to take up new and daunting challenges at tall times. The noble’s core competencies in Commerce and Industry, Public Sector Accounting, Banking and Human Resource Management ar in no doubt. As a result of good financial management and leadership qualities exhibited by Noble Mr. Adjei-Amponsah, he now has close relations with PUM (The Netherlands’ Senior Experts) and has also won himself an award instituted by the West Africa Nobles Forum in 2014 and that accords him the title Noble. He again won another award from the Civilian Institute of Democratic Administration (CIDA) in 2105 and was accorded the title, FCIDA (Fellow of CIDA). It is the conviction of Mr. Adjei-Amponsah to lead the Bank to become the “Best Managed Rural Bank in Ghana”.
