Since the establishment of the bank, it has actively involved in the socio-economic development of the communities it operates.
As part of the Banks corporate social responsibility, some donations were made in 2023 to Presbytarian Health Center (Suma Ahenkro), Jaman North Technology Center, Japekrom Traditional Council, and Ghana National Fire Service in Japekrom.
Among which are the distribution of about 103 mono desks and 73 double Decker students beds to three Senior High Schools in the Jaman North District in the Brong Ahafo Region, a computer Laboratory complex for Sumaman Senior High School and etc.
The implementation of an efficient plan has also enabled the Bank to record significant achievements and brought its vision of becoming one of the best managed rural banks by 2013 into reality by winning the Ghana Club 100 Award in 2012 and was adjudged 84th best company in Ghana.
