- Certificate of Registration from Registrar General
- Resolution of the board of directors to open an account and identification of those who have authorized to operate the account
- Power of Attorney /mandate to its Managers, officers or employee to transact business on its behalf

SUMA RURAL BANK LTD., in collaboration with the ARB Apex Bank ltd. in Ghana are involved in the payment of various foreign and local remittances to beneficiaries in Ghana. The foreign remittances include WESTERN UNION, VIGO, UNITY LINK, SAMBA & MONEYGRAM.
The Local remittances also includes I-TRANS (Funds transfer accessible within all Rural and Community as well as the ARB Apex BAnk itself in Ghana. The others are MTN MOBILE MONEY, E-ZWICH AND Automated Clearing House (ACH) which is also accessible within all the Banks represented at the Bank of Ghana’s (BOG‘s) clearing house.
