Dr. Adjei Henneh

Dr George Adjei-Henne is seasoned Educationist with over three decades of experience in Educational Administration and Management  having  been previously  appointed as District Director and Regional Director of Education at Adansi North and the then Brong Ahafo Region respectively.

He holds 1st Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Master’s Degree and PHD, all in Art Education from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

He currently serves on Boards and Councils of other public institutions and currently Atipimhene of Mpuasu-Japekrom Traditional Area with the stool name Barima Dr Adjei-Henneh Aframfo 1.

He has attended a number of banking related courses such as Anti-Money Laundering Act, Credit Management, Risk Management and Corporate Governance, Sound Labour Practices in Modern Banking.

He possesses good inter-personal and problem solving skills with ability to turnaround businesses.


Linda Nyarko Yeboah

Linda Nyarko Yeboah

Linda Nyarko-Yeboah is a seasoned educationist. Her passion to economically empower women motivated her to take up the leadership role of the Bank. She holds first degree in Political Science and Master’s degree in Education Leadership and Management from the University of Ghana.  She also possesses Master’s degree in Gender, Peace and Security from Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping and Training Centre Accra.

Linda has attended a number banking related courses such as Anti-Money Laundering Act, Credit Management, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, and Sound Labour Practices in Modern Banking.

She also has excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization.

Since joining the Board in the year 2022, Linda has made valuable contributions toward the growth of SRB.


Asum-Kwarteng Ahensah

Post-Graduate Diploma in Development Planning and Management, Universität Dortmund/Germany;
BSC (Hons.) Planning, KNUST, Kumasi.

Professional Brief:

Asum-Kwarteng Ahensah is an experienced Development Planning practitioner with over 25 years career experience mainly in the INGO sectors in Ghana, Sierra Leone, Benin, and Liberia.

Asum-Kwarteng is currently the Head of Programs and Influencing and a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) at Plan International Ghana (an International NGO, which operates in over 70 countries across the globe); where he provides overall strategic leadership for country strategic planning, programmes, and projects.

He has demonstrable ability to lead diverse teams through strategic organizational visioning, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. He is committed to firm professional value convictions; and is an excellent team player with ability to relate professionally with diverse stakeholders.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Suma Rural Bank PLC since 2021.


Kwasi Afram

BA(Hons) (MBA) Accounting & Finance, CA Ghana, FCCA

Kwasi Afram is a Chartered Accountant by Profession, and He is currently the Deputy Finance Manager at the Church of Pentecost Headquarters, Accra.

He has twenty-five (25) years working experience. Fifteen (15) years working with the Church of Pentecost Headquarters in various roles as Assistant Accounts Manager, Sectional Head, Audit and Assurance at the Church’s Headquarters..

Prior to joining the Church of Pentecost in 2009, He worked with Adwumapa Cocoa Buyers Limited as a District Manager in Kasapin for Seven (7) years and later joined Olam Ghana Cocoa Division for a period of three (3) years as a District Manager at Goaso in the Brong Ahafo Region.

Kwasi has attended number of courses, training seminars and major among them are; Anti-Fraud & Money Laundering, Internal Audit & Sustainability Reporting, Internal Auditors’ Conferences, Intensive Tax Seminar, Corporate Treasury Management, Corporate Governance Certification, Governance, Risk & Compliance and Integrated Reporting-A Framework for Compliance and Decision Support

Kwasi Afram holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA Accounting & Finance) from University of Professional Studies (UPSA) Accra, a full member the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana and Fellow Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) UK.

Kwasi is married to Augustina Ameyaa Afram (Mrs), a High Court Registrar and the marriage is blessed with two (2) Children.

He was appointed as a Director in November 2018 and later as a Board Chairman in 2021.

Kwasi is a Council Member, Association of Rural Banks – Ghana. Bono & Ahafo Chapter and Audit Committee Member, Ga East Municipal Hospital. Kwabenya, Accra.


Rev.DSP William Dornu Abayateye

Rev. DSP William Dornu Abayateye is the current Municipal Crime Officer of the Ghana Police Service, Techiman, Bono East Region of Ghana. On 1st August 1985, he completed his recruit training  at Winneba Training School and was appointed into the Ghana Police Service

In 1987, he was appointed Detective and has risen through the ranks to become Deputy Superintendent of Police. He has served various Stations such us Cape Coast for one(1) year, Assin Praso for Six(6) months, Axim in the Western Region for Nine(9) years , Sampa of the Bono Region for twenty-three(23) years and currently in Techiman for Nine(9) years.

During his over thirty- Nine year’s career as a police officer, Rev DSP Abayateye has made significant contributions to policing in Ghana and beyond.

During his policing career, Rev DSP Abayateye has undertaken numerous law enforcement courses at tactical, operational, strategic leadership and management levels, making him an all-round police officer with the required skills and competences commensurate with his rank. He is an Alumni of Kofi Annan Peace Keeping Training Center –Teshie Accra, where he obtained Certificate in Basic Criminal Investigation, Certificate in Senior Police Crime Officer’s Course, Certificate in Arms and Ammunition Course.

He has also served the nation on the International Peace Keeping Mission in East Timor between 2001 to 2002. He was also part of the Mission in Darfur-Sudan between 2008-2009

Aside his policing, Rev DSP Abayateye is also an ordained Minister of the Gospel and has Bachelor of Theology.

Rev DSP Abayateye has also served and continues to serve as the Board of Director for Suma Rural Bank PLC.

Rev DSP Abayateye provides valuable contributions to the disciplinary committee of the Board.


Moses Kofi Sogah

Mr. Moses Kofi Soga is seasoned Educationist with over three decades of experience in Educational Administration and Management.

He holds Bachelor of Education in Art and Mathematics Education from University of Cape Coast.

He currently serves as a Board’s Secretary of the Banks.

He has attended numerous banking related courses such as Anti-Money Laundering Act, Credit Management, Risk Management and Corporate Governance, Sound Labour Practices in Modern Banking.

He possesses good inter-personal and problem solving skills with ability to turnaround businesses.

He also has excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
